How long does delivery take?
Every order is hand-packed at our facility and shipped within 24h. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days nationwide, via our official partner DHL — with full tracking from door to door.
Do you ship with DHL?
Yes. DHL is our exclusive shipping partner. Every package is tracked, insured, and handled with care from our warehouse to your hands.
Do I get a free gift with my order?
Always. Every single HeyMoomi order comes with a free gift — no minimum spend, no conditions. It's our way of saying thank you.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days to return your order for a full refund. No questions asked.
